Thank you for shopping with Lexapparel Hoodwear.

Processing Times

Many of our products are made to order. Please allow approximately 10–14 business days for production before your order is shipped.

During busy periods, launches, or pre-order drops, processing times may be extended. We will always do our best to keep you updated.

Shipping Times

Once your order has been dispatched, estimated delivery times are:

New Zealand: 2–5 business days
Australia: 5–10 business days
International: 7–21 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to courier delays, customs processing, or unforeseen circumstances.

Tracking

A tracking number will be provided via email once your order has been shipped.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for ensuring all shipping information is correct at checkout. Lexapparel Hoodwear is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Lost or Delayed Parcels

Once an order has been handed to the courier, delivery is outside of our control. However, if your parcel is delayed or appears lost, please contact us and we will do our best to assist.
